Zetland Avenue Review of Environmental Factors (REF)

Consultation has concluded

As part of works in the new Green Square Town Centre we are building a new road called Zetland Avenue. The avenue will run east to west on the northern edge of the future Gunyama Park site on City owned land at 132–138 Joynton Avenue in Zetland. A review of environmental factors (REF) for the road is now on public exhibition and we invite your feedback.

The REF provides an environmental impact assessment of key engineering, environmental and planning factors including traffic and transport issues, as well as noise, vibration, hydrology and flooding. It recommends measures to reduce the impacts of these during the road’s construction and operation.
