Proposed changes to planning controls for Green Square town centre

Consultation has concluded

Proposed changes to planning controls for sites 355 Botany Road, 377-497 Botany Road and 956-960 Bourke Street, Zetland – Green Square town centre

The City of Sydney invites your feedback on proposed changes to planning controls for three sites in the Green Square town centre, Zetland.

The proposal will change the floor space ratio map to reflect the subdivision of sites 355 Botany Road, 377–497 Botany Road and 956–960 Bourke Street, Zetland.

The proposal also transfers commercial floor space from town centre sites 8A and 8B to sites 7 and
17, allowing for more commercial, entertainment and/or childcare activities in the plaza.

These changes require a planning proposal to amend the Sydney Local Environmental Plan (Green Square Town Centre) 2013.

We will consider all submissions and report the results to Council and the Central Sydney Planning Committee. If the planning proposal is approved, the City can amend the local environmental plan on behalf of the Greater Sydney Commission.

You can view the proposal and give your feedback by 5pm on Tuesday 25 October 2016.

You can also email submissions to LFarrell1@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au or post to: Chief Executive Officer, Attention: Lee Farrell, Strategic Student Planner, City of Sydney, GPO Box 1591, Sydney NSW 2000. Submissions should quote Reference X005215 – Green Square Town Centre.
