Green Square Have Your Say Day

Consultation has concluded

Many of you visited us last year in May and September and provided us with great feedback on our projects in the area.

Thank you to everyone who attended our first major event for 2015 at the East Village Shopping Centre from 10am-2pm on Saturday 2nd May 2015. (Please note due to wet weather this event was moved from our original location of the Green Square Markets.)

We had some great feedback you on:

  • The winning competition design for Gunyama Park and the Green Square Aquatic Centre, including an activity for children to create their dream water play and playground areas;
  • Concept designs for local parks, including Dyuralya Square in Lachlan Precint and Mulgu Park in Epsom Park
  • The concept design for the area surrounding the Administration building on the South Sydney Hospital Site; and
  • The Review of Environmental Factors for the Drying Green park.

The day also included info from the Green Square Stormwater Drain and constructing staging information for the Green Square Town Centre, presented by Urban Growth NSW.

Check out our video and photos from the day, and a summary of what we heard on the day.
