Draft Generic Plan of Management - Parks, Sportsgrounds and General Community Use Land
The Public Exhibition period has closed. Thank you to all of those who made a submission and attended the public hearing.
A public hearing report has been prepared under Section 40A of the Local Government Act 1993. The purpose of this document is to report to the City of Sydney on the verbal and written submissions made in relation to a public hearing held on 4 April 2012 regarding the proposed categorisation and recategorisation of community land in the City of Sydney as presented in the Draft Generic Plan of Management for Park, Sportsground and General Community Use Land. The supported recommendations within the public hearing report will be considered by Council on 25 June 2012. You can view the report by clicking here.
